a) To approve the minutes of the meeting held on Monday 19th August 2024.
b) To receive reports on any further matters arising from the decisions of the last meetings.

a) To agree/report responses to the following Applications: None

b) To report B&NES decisions for the following Applications:
i) 24/02445/FUL: 4 Furnleaze: Erection of first floor extension to side and single, erection of single and double storey extensions to rear and provision of off street parking. PERMIT
ii) 23/04785/FUL: Site Of Old Colliery, Fry’s Bottom, Chelwood. Change of use from Forestry to Mixed Forestry and for recreational use as a Trial Bike and E-Bikes (EAPCs) practice area (Sui Generis) REFUSE

c) To receive an update on the B&NES local plan site assessments.

a) To approve the monthly finance report and payments for September
b) To consider candidates for co-option onto the Parish Council.
c) To accept the external auditors report and review matters arising.
d) To consider grant application for £200 towards the Carol Service.

a) To review the Rospa Playground inspection.
b) To consider plans for Burchill Close playground and Village Green.

a) To agree the Task List for the Village Operative.

a) To receive an update on the draft Emergency Plan
