162.1. The Annual Meeting of the Parish Council: Governance (Chair)
a) To elect the Chairman of the Council and to receive the Chairman’s Declaration of Acceptance of Office.
b) To elect the Vice Chairman and to receive the Vice Chairman’s Declaration of Acceptance of Office.
c) To receive & accept apologies for absence & declarations of interest.
Public Participation Session: An opportunity for members of public to raise questions about and comment on items on the agenda. Please register with the Clerk on clerk@clutton-pc.gov.uk
d) To appoint members to serve on working groups and as lead councillors as required.
e) To appoint representatives on relevant bodies as required
f) To review the Standing Orders for Clutton Parish Council
g) To review the Financial Regulations for Clutton Parish Council
h) To review the Council Asset Register.
i) To review the Councils Risk Assessment.
j) To fix the dates and times of ordinary meetings of the council for the ensuing year.

a)To approve the minutes of the meeting held on Monday 20th April 2026
b) To receive reports on any further matters arising from the decisions of the last meeting.
162.3. Planning
a) To agree/report responses to the following Applications (and consultations received after the agenda is published: None
b) To report B&NES decisions for the following Applications:
i) 25/04752/FUL: Lower Clutton Hill Farm, Clutton Hill: Erection of a new agricultural barn as well as the siting of a temporary rural workers dwelling, for the period of three years, in connection with the existing agricultural business and associated infrastructure. To also secure retrospective planning permission for the erection of a pig shed and lean-to shelter which presently exists on site. PERMIT
162.4. Finance, Legal, HR & Admin
a) To approve the monthly finance report and payments for May.
b) To consider candidates for co-option onto the Parish Council.
c) To consider grant for the Flower Show
d) To consider grant for Village Hall for a new light.
162.5. Parks, Open Spaces and Environment
a) To approve expenditure for replacement piece of play equipment.
b) To approve expenditure for new gates at the Allotments.
162.6. Highways, Rights of Way & Infrastructure
a) To consider a request for road signage on Lower Bristol Road to restrict lorries.
b) To agree the Task List for the Village Operative.
162.7. Community Engagement
a) To accept invite to have a stall at the Flower Show
b) To consider relaunch of Neighbourhood Watch
c) To sign off the completed Emergency Plan.
