141.3. Minutes:
a) To approve the minutes of the meeting held on Monday 17th June 2024 .
b) To receive reports on any further matters arising from the decisions of the last meetings.

141.4. Planning
a) To agree/report responses to the following Applications:
i) 24/03041/FUL. 1 Townsend, Cooks Hill. Erection of one storey, detached annex.

b) To report B&NES decisions for the following Applications:
i) 24/02156/FUL. 137 Venus Lane: Erection of single storey rear extension, front porch addition and cladding to side elevation of existing home. PERMIT
ii) 24/01548/FUL. Venley, Broomhill Lane. Erection of a two story side extension to existing dwelling and replacement of detached garage building. PERMIT

c) To consider pre-application plans for development of warehouse on Marsh Lane.
d) To receive a report on the B&NES local plan workshop.

a) To approve the monthly finance report and payments for July & August
b) To consider candidates for co-option onto the Parish Council.
c) To approve and sign the Bank Mandate to add three additional bank signatories.

a) To review the Rospa Playground inspection.

141.7. Highways, Rights of Way & Infrastructure
a) 24-022 – North East Somerset Area TRO- Informal Consultation
b) To agree the Task List for the Village Operative.

b) Impact of NPPF reforms on Local Plan’ Consultation.
