The Annual Village Meeting is to be held on Monday 20th April 2026 at 7pm in the Village Hall, Venus Lane, Clutton. All residents are welcome to attend.
AGENDA
The business to be conducted will be as follows:
1. To approve the minutes of the Annual Village Meeting held on Monday 28th April 2025
2. To consider any matters arising from the minutes of that meeting
3. To receive a report from the Chair.
4. To receive a report from the Ward Councillor
5. To discuss any other matters relating to the village that those present wish to raise.
Please note: The Monthly Meeting of the Parish Council will follow.
