140.1. Apologies for Absence: To receive and accept apologies for absence.(Chair)

140.3. Minutes:
a) To approve the minutes of the meeting held on Monday 20th May 2024 .
b) To receive reports on any further matters arising from the decisions of the last meetings.

140.4. Planning
a) To agree/report responses to the following Applications:
i) 24/02156/FUL 137 Venus Lane. Erection of single storey rear extension, front porch addition and cladding to side elevation of existing home.

b) To report B&NES decisions for the following Applications:
i) 24/00956/FUL. Clutton Youth Club, Station Road: Demolition of existing Pre-Fabricated shed and replacement with single storey timber building. PERMIT

c) To consider pre-application plans for development on Marsh Lane.
d) To receive an update on the B&NES rural strategy meeting.

140.5. Finance, Legal, HR & Admin
a) To receive the Internal Auditors report
b) To approve the Accounting Governance Statement
c) To approve and sign the Annual Return for YE 31 March 2024 (unaudited) Section 2
d) To sign BDO Ltd conflicts of interest form
e) To approve the monthly finance report and payments for June
f) To consider candidates for co-option onto the Parish Council.

140.6. Parks, Open Spaces and Environment
a) To receive an update on the playground repair.

140.7. Highways, Rights of Way & Infrastructure
a) To respond to application for a modification order to amend the definitive map of public Right of Way in the Clutton & High Littleton Area at Maynard Terrace.
b) To respond to application for a modification order to amend the definitive map of public Right of Way in the Clutton & High Littleton Area at Maypole Close.
c) To investigate reports of blocked footpath at Maypole Close.
d) To increase the hours of the Village Operative to take on the maintenance of the footpaths.
e) To agree the Task List for the Village Operative.

140.8. Community Engagement
a) To agree arrangements for the flower show stand.

140.9. Correspondence since the last meeting.

140.10. To receive a report from the Ward Councillor.
