a) To agree/report responses to the following Applications:
i) 23/3273/OUT: Parcel 4134 Lower Bristol Road. Creation of school recreation ground and staff car park with new vehicular access off Broomhill Lane (Use Class F1), and residential development for up to 34no. dwellings (Use Class C3) with associated access improvements; parking; hard/soft landscape works and drainage; and provision of public open space incorporating food production; a lowland meadow and a nature reserve (Outline application with access to be determined and all other matters reserved)
b) To report B&NES decisions for the following Applications:
i) 22/03237/RES: Parcel 7048, Marsh Lane. Approval of reserved matters with regard to application 21/05531/OUT (Outline planning permission for a farm worker’s dwelling (all matters reserved)) APPROVE
133.5. Finance, Legal, HR & Admin
a) To approve the monthly finance report and payments for November.
b) To consider candidates for co-option onto the Parish Council.
c) To review 1st draft of the 2024-25 budget.
d) Review of membership of working groups
e) To consider consultation on the Review of Polling Districts
f) To accept National pay agreement for Council Staff and approve 1 point increase on the SCP scale.

a) To approve expenditure for Christmas Tree.
b) To agree starting date for Scout & Playgroup rent invoice.
c) To consider request for Memorial Bench on Village Green

a) To agree the Task List for the Village Operative.
