a) To approve the minutes of the meeting held on Monday 3rd October 2022
b) To receive reports on any further matters arising from the decisions of the last meeting.

a) To agree/report responses to the following Applications:
i. 22/03672/FUL: Church Farm, Church Square. Demolition of pig building and creation of new dwelling
b) To report B&NES decisions for the following Applications:
i. 22/02753/FUL: Rose Le, Broomhill Lane. Proposed erection of a replacement dwelling. PERMIT
c) To confirm representatives for the New Local Plan Consultation
121.5. Finance, Legal, HR & Admin
a) To approve the monthly finance report and payments for October
b) To discuss 6 month budget review.
c) To propose aims & objectives for the 2023-2024 budget
121.6. Parks, Open Spaces and Environment
a) To appoint a Lead Councillor for the Portfolio.
b) To approve £50 for a sign to keep dogs off the allotments.
c) To agree a maintenance program for the new trees behind the Village Hall.

a) To agree the Task List for the Village Operative.
