145.1. Apologies for Absence: To receive and accept apologies for absence. (Chair)
145.2. Declarations of Interest: to receive declarations of interest
145.3. Minutes:
a) To approve the minutes of the meeting held on Monday 18th November 2024.
b) To receive reports on any further matters arising from the decisions of the last meetings.
145.4. Planning
a) To agree/report responses to the following Applications:
i) 24/04359/CLEU. The Annexe, Batch Farm, Clutton Hill. Use of annexe attached to Bath Farm as a separate dwelling (Certificate of Lawful Existing Use)
ii) 24/04290/FUL. Kimgarron , Broomhill Lane. Construction of new rear single storey extension and porch. Raise ridge and eaves to provide 1st floor. To follow demolition of conservatory and porch.
iii) 24/04291/OUT. 1 Townsend , Cooks Hill. Demolition of Existing Garage and Shed. Construction of 2no new dwellings with parking and associated works on land adjacent to 1 Townsend.
b) To report B&NES decisions for the following Applications:
i) 24/03814/TPO. Parcel 7527, Greensbrook. T2-Ash, cut crown back by 4m on overhanging side of new development. To increase light and increase stability due to Ash Dieback. CONSENT
ii) 22/04400/FUL. Orchard Crest , King Lane. Erection of new dwelling. REFUSED
c) To review site assessments for the local plan.
145.5. Finance, Legal, HR & Admin
a) To approve the monthly finance report and payments for December.
b) To consider candidates for co-option onto the Parish Council.
c) To accept Local Government Pay Agreement for 2024-25.
d) To review the second draft of the budget 2025-26
145.6. Parks, Open Spaces and Environment
a) To receive an update on the business plan for the Community Asset Transfer of the Village Green & Burchill Close Play Area.
b) To consider proposal and associated expenditure to make use of the gate installed in Station Park boundary with the sidings development.
145.7. Highways, Rights of Way & Infrastructure
a) To appoint lead Councillor for the working group.
b) To approve expenditure to refill grit bins
c) To agree the Task List for the Village Operative.
145.8. Correspondence since the last meeting:
a) Resident: Allotment rear fence.
145.9. To receive a report from the Ward Councillor.
