156.1. Apologies for Absence: To receive and accept apologies for absence. (Chair)

156.2. Declarations of Interest: to receive declarations of interest

156.3. Minutes:
a) To approve the minutes of the meeting held on Monday 20th October 2025.
b) To receive reports on any further matters arising from the decisions of the last meetings.

156.4. Planning
a) To agree/report responses to the following Applications:
i) 25/00891/FUL: Parcel 3256, Clutton Hill. Change of use of land from agricultural to equine use. Creation of new gated entrance on Clutton Hill, with track leading to top field with 2no. kissing gates across existing PRoW. Erection of 6no. wooden stables, 1no. secure and covered storage area, 1 x 60m x 20m horse arena, 1no. toilet including water treatment plant and 1no. rain harvest tank. (Retrospective)

b) To report B&NES decisions for the following Applications:
i) 25/03655/TPO. Former Railway Line, The Sidings. T01- Oak tree. Crown clean to remove deadwood, snapped and damaged branch and ivy growth through canopy, reduce western limb extending towards dwelling by 1m. CONSENT
ii) 25/01503/FUL. 2 Church Square. Erection of new single and two storey rear extension following demolition of lean to rear extension. PERMITTED

c) To report Appeal Decision for the following applications
i) 23/00023/UNDEV – Fry’s Bottom, Chelwood. Without Planning Permission, (COU1) the change of use of land from forestry to a mixed use consisting of forestry, storage, firewood production, motorbike trials practice, equestrian, a waste transfer site and associated structure (circled in red in Image 1 attached to this notice). (OD1) the construction of a dwelling house. (OD2) the construction of a non-agricultural storage building and the importation of material and carrying out of Engineering Operations in the form of the expansion of a level area of hardstanding. (OD3) the importation of material and carrying out of Engineering Operations in the form of the construction of access tracks, and construction of dams in a water course.

a) To approve expenditure to lease a shredder for the allotment holders.
b) To approve expenditure for a tree survey in Station Park.

a) To agree the Task List for the Village Operative.

a) To approve recruitment letter and expenditure associated with letter drop.
b) To progress the Emergency plan.
c) To approve expenditure of £120 for two Christmas trees

a) Bishop Sutton Community Church: Consultation regarding proposed purchase of Stowey Quarry.
b) B&NES: Draft Somer Valley Design Code Supplementary Planning Document.
c) Resident: Suggestion for next year’s Remembrance
