a) To approve the minutes of the meeting held on Monday 19th January 2026.

a) To agree/report responses to the following Applications:
i) 26/00343/FUL: 40 Maynard Terrace. Replace existing side garage with new double storey extension
ii) 26/00127/FUL: The Soap Bar And Café, Upper Bristol Road. Erection of two single-storey commercial buildings (Use Class E) to provide four commercial units, with associated access, parking, servicing, landscaping and drainage (SuDS) works.
b) To report B&NES decisions for the following Applications:
i) 25/03864/FUL: Land Next To Grass Lands, Lower Bristol Road. Erection of a single story log cabin dwelling. REFUSED
