158.1. Apologies for Absence: To receive and accept apologies for absence. (Chair)

158.2. Declarations of Interest: to receive declarations of interest

158.3. Minutes:
a) To approve the minutes of the meeting held on Monday 15th December 2025.
b) To receive reports on any further matters arising from the decisions of the last meetings.

158.4. Planning
a) To agree/report responses to the following Applications:
i) 25/04752/FUL, Lower Clutton Hill Farm, Clutton Hill. Erection of a new agricultural barn as well as the siting of a temporary rural workers dwelling, for the period of three years, in connection with the existing agricultural business and associated infrastructure. To also secure retrospective planning permission for the erection of a pig shed and lean-to shelter which presently exists on site.

ii) 25/04881/FUL, Honey Gaston, Featherbed Lane: Change of use from agricultural barns to sui generis holiday accommodation; conversion of 2 no. existing barns into 3 no. self-contained holiday accommodation units.

iii) 2504848/FUL, 17 Kings Oak Meadow: Erection of single storey rear extension following demolition of existing conservatory.

b) To report B&NES decisions for the following Applications:
i) 25/04533/HEDGE, Land East Of Disused Railway, King Lane: Removal of 4m of hedgerow. WITHDRAWN

ii) 25/01307/FUL. The Bungalow, Maynard Poultry Farm, Clutton Hill: Erection of 1no two storey dwellinghouse and detached garage/carport following demolition of existing bungalow and outbuilding. REFUSED

158.5. Finance, Legal, HR & Admin
a) To approve the monthly finance report and payments for January.
b) To consider candidates for co-option onto the Parish Council.
c) To approve the 2026-2027 budget and set the precept

158.6. Parks, Open Spaces and Environment
a) To review the report from the tree survey in Station Park.
b) To agree actions and expenditure from the Safety inspection of the play area.
c) To re-open discussions about the Community Asset Transfer (CAT) of the Village Green & Burchill Close.

158.7. Highways, Rights of Way & Infrastructure
a) To agree the Task List for the Village Operative.

158.8. Community Engagement
a) To finalise the Emergency plan.

158.9. Correspondence since the last meeting
