157.3. Minutes:
a) To approve the minutes of the meeting held on Monday 17th November 2025.
b) To receive reports on any further matters arising from the decisions of the last meetings.

157.4. Planning
a) To agree/report responses to the following Applications:
i) 25/03864/FUL: Grass Lands, Lower Bristol Road. Erection of a single story log cabin dwelling
ii) 25/04533/HEDGE. Land East Of Disused Railway, King Lane. Removal of 4m of hedgerow.

b) To report B&NES decisions for the following Applications:
i) 25/04094/CLPU: 14 Kings Oak Meadow. Single Storey Rear Extension (Certificate of Lawfulness for a Proposed Development)

157.5. Finance, Legal, HR & Admin
a) To approve the monthly finance report and payments for December.
b) To consider candidates for co-option onto the Parish Council.
c) To review the third draft of the 2026-2027 budget.

157.6. Parks, Open Spaces and Environment
a) To review the report from the tree survey in Station Park.
b) To agree actions and expenditure from the Safety inspection of the play area.
c) To agree expenditure for a bigger dog bin in Station Park.

157.7. Highways, Rights of Way & Infrastructure
a) To agree the Task List for the Village Operative.

a) To finalise the Emergency plan.
