153.1. Apologies for Absence: To receive and accept apologies for absence. (Chair)

153.2. Declarations of Interest: to receive declarations of interest

153.3. Minutes:
a) To approve the minutes of the meeting held on Wednesday 16th June 2025.
b) To receive reports on any further matters arising from the decisions of the last meetings.

153.4. Planning
a) To agree/report responses to the following Applications:
i) 25/02645/TPO. Tynemore Farmhouse, Stowey Road. T1 Horse Chestnut – lift canopy up to 4 metres, reduce canopy on the eat side of tree, bringing the canopy back to natural line. Reduce to 3 metres. (retrospective)

b) To report B&NES decisions for the following Applications:
i) 25/01992/LBA: Methodist Church, 50 Upper Bristol Road: Internal alterations for a mezzanine floor and associated layout changes to first floor. CONSENT

ii) 25/00123/FUL: Oakleigh, Lower Bristol Road: Erection of garage extension and partial garage conversion to create office space, garden room and guest accommodation. PERMIT

c) To report B&NES Appeal Decisions for the following applications:
i) APP/F0114/W/25/3363091 23/04243/OUT. Hartley Wood Equestrian Centre, King Lane. Outline application for the erection of 9 residential dwellings with access to be determined and all other matters reserved (resubmission). APPEAL ALLOWED
ii) APP/F0114/W/25/3364548 24/04603/PIP. Hartley Wood Equestrian Centre, King Lane. A Permission in Principle Planning Application for the conversion of the existing barns on site to provide up to 8 residential dwellings. APPEAL ALLOWED

153.5. Finance, Legal, HR & Admin
a) To approve the monthly finance report and payments for July & August.
b) To consider candidates for co-option onto the Parish Council.
c) To approve a grant application from Clutton Football Club.
d) To approve a grant application from Chew Magna Football Club
e) To approve a grant application from Clutton with Cameley PCC for Carols on the green.

153.6. Parks, Open Spaces and Environment
a) To appoint a new Allotment Representative.
b) To remove the wooden terracing in the play area.
c) To replace the wooden gate in the play area.

153.7. Highways, Rights of Way & Infrastructure
a) To assign a lead Councillor for the Portfolio.
b) To agree the Task List for the Village Operative.

153.8. Community Engagement
a) To progress the Emergency plan
