146.1. Apologies for Absence: To receive and accept apologies for absence. (Chair)
146.2. Declarations of Interest: to receive declarations of interest
146.3. Minutes:
a) To approve the minutes of the meeting held on Monday 16th December 2024.
b) To receive reports on any further matters arising from the decisions of the last meetings.
146.4. Planning
a) To agree/report responses to the following Applications:
i) 25/00123/FUL: Oakleigh , Lower Bristol Road. Erection of garage extension and partial garage conversion to create office space, garden room and guest accommodation.
ii) 24/04616/FUL. 46 Rogers Close. Erection of two storey side extension
iii) 24/04603/PIP. Hartley Wood, King Lane. A Permission in Principle Planning Application for the conversion of the existing barns on site to provide up to 8 residential dwellings
b) To report B&NES decisions for the following Applications:
i) 24/04290/FUL. Kimgarron , Broomhill Lane. Construction of new rear single storey extension and porch. Raise ridge and eaves to provide 1st floor. To follow demolition of conservatory and porch. PERMIT
ii) 24/04535/AGRN. Parcel 9573, Clutton Hill. Erection of an agricultural livestock and storage barn. REFUSED
c) To review site assessments for the local plan.
146.5. Finance, Legal, HR & Admin
a) To approve the monthly finance report and payments for January.
b) To consider candidates for co-option onto the Parish Council.
c) To approve the budget 2025-26 and set the precept request.
146.6. Parks, Open Spaces and Environment
a) To receive an update on the business plan for the Community Asset Transfer of the Village Green & Burchill Close Play Area.
b) To consider proposal and associated expenditure to make use of the gate installed in Station Park boundary with the Sidings development.
c) To approve maintenance of play equipment in the Park
146.7. Highways, Rights of Way & Infrastructure
a) To appoint lead Councillor for the working group.
b) To review the provision of grit bins
c) To approve expenditure for replacement defibrillator Pads.
d) To agree the Task List for the Village Operative.
