a) To approve the minutes of the meeting held on Monday 18th March 2024 .

a) To agree/report responses to the following Applications:
i) 24/00956/FUL: Clutton Youth Club, Station Road: Demolition of existing Pre-Fabricated shed and replacement with single storey timber building.

c) To receive a briefing on the Neighbourhood Plan revision.

a) To approve the monthly finance report and payments for April
b) To consider candidates for co-option onto the Parish Council.
c) To approve grant application from the Horticultural Society for £250 towards the costs of the Flower Show.

a) To approve detailed expenditure for Community Allotment project and to agree grant application options.
138.7. Highways, Rights of Way & Infrastructure
a) To support residents request for a 30mph speed limit on Clutton Hill
b) To agree the Task List for the Village Operative.
