a) To approve the minutes of the meeting held on Monday 19th December 2022

a) To agree/report responses to the following Applications:
i. 23/00029/FUL: Kildare , Tynings. Erection a single storey extension to the rear and the side of the existing dwelling and to create first floor accommodation, largely on the existing footprint of the current garage.
ii. 22/05179/FUL: Three Ways , Station Road, Construction of hardstanding (Resubmission).
b) To report B&NES decisions for the following Applications:
i. 22/04029/FUL: Three Ways , Station Road. Construction of hardstanding and altered vehicular access to dwelling. APPLICATION WITHDRAWN
ii. 22/01802/LBA: Methodist Church , 50 Upper Bristol Road. External works to: remove existing bitumen covered slate roof and replace with new slate roof; remove uPVC gutters and downpipes and replace with aluminium gutters and downpipes; remove poor quality slate roof over organ loft and replace with new slate roof; repair of leadwork and stone copings at roof level. a) To approve the co-option of Caroline Brown onto the Parish Council.
b) To approve the monthly finance report and payments for January.
c) To approve the 2023-24 budget & set the precept request.

a) Allotments: To approve expenditure of £100 for gravel, £56 FOR Tree Fertiliser, £50 for plants for the community garden, 130 for an eco pond & £161 for a pond cover.
b) Allotments: To approve amendment to allotment policy.
c) To receive an update on the Scout lease in Clutton Station Park

a) To agree the Task List for the Village Operative.
