The potential developers for the field behind Maypole Close attended Mondays Parish Council meeting and shared their plans for the site and answered residents questions.
The proposals include a facility for Clutton Primary School for recreational play, sports day, etc, an area of public open space and 36 one, two & three bedroom homes.
The plans are shown below -these differ slightly to the paper hand outs given out on the day as the site boundary has been added and the site layout is now to scale.

This is for information only, and subject to change, as the planning application has not yet been submitted. The developers will be holding a public consultation in due course and invite feedback at that stage.
The Parish Council will submit their comments to B&NES when they are invited to take part in the formal consultation once the planning application is validated.
