Parish Council Meeting – Monday 20th June 2022

The MONTHLY MEETING OF CLUTTON PARISH COUNCIL to be held on MONDAY 20th June 2022 at 7.30pm at Clutton Village Hall.

118.1. Apologies for Absence: To receive and accept apologies for absence and declarations of interest.(Chair)

118.2. Declarations of Interest: to receive declarations of interest

118.3. Minutes:
a) To approve the minutes of the meeting held on Monday 16th May 2022
b) To receive reports on any further matters arising from the decisions of the last meeting.

118.4. Planning
a) To agree/report responses to the following Applications:
i. 22/02134/OUT: Wyelands , Lower Bristol Road: Outline planning for the erection of two dwellings following demolition of existing dwelling (All maters reserved except access).
ii. 22/02098/FUL: Parcel 0031, Northend Lane. Installation of internal farm access track
iii. 22/02022/FUL: Highbury Way , Bendalls Bridge: Erection of single-storey rear extension
b) To report B&NES decisions for the following Applications:
i. 22/01357/FUL: 9 Maypole Close: Erection of single-storey extension to rear. PERMIT
ii. 22/01532/TPO: Clovelly House, Greensbrook: Poplar T3 – remove.
c) To agree expenditure for Neighbourhood Plan Website.

118.5. Finance, Legal, HR & Admin

a) To receive the Internal Auditors report
b) To approve the Accounting Governance Statement
c) To approve and sign the Annual Return for YE 31 March 2022 (unaudited) Section 2
d) To approve the monthly finance report and payments for June.
e) To approve insurance renewal

118.6. Parks, Open Spaces and Environment
a) To approve expenditure for phase 1 of Station Park improvements..

118.7. Highways, Rights of Way & Infrastructure
a) To approve expenditure for electric brushcutter for the Footpath officer.
b) To review correspondence regarding Green & Clean weeks
c) To agree requirements for additional Defibrillators to be funded from Community Infrastructure Levy.
d) To agree the Task List for the Village Operative.

a) To agree arrangements for the Parish Council Stand at Clutton Flower Show
