119.3. Minutes:
a) To approve the minutes of the meeting held on Monday 20th June 2022
b) To receive reports on any further matters arising from the decisions of the last meeting.
119.4. Planning
a) To agree/report responses to the following Applications:
i. 22/02406/FUL: 2 Rogers Close. Demolition of existing single storey side extension to be replaced with proposed two storey side extension. Demolition of existing single storey porch to be replaced with a new single storey porch. The proposed porch falls within permitted development criteria. Proposed single storey detached garage.
b) To report B&NES decisions for the following Applications:
i. 22/01334/FUL: Somersby Orchard. The Gug, High Littleton. Replacement of an existing barn with a new fermentation store/agricultural barn. PERMIT
ii. 22/02022/FUL: Highbury Way, Bendalls Bridge: Erection of single-storey rear extension PERMIT
iii. 22/01757/FUL: 3 Moorsfield: Erection of 1No new dwelling with Parking and associated works on land adjacent to 3 Moorsfield. PERMIT
c) To receive a report on the Neighbourhood Plan update.

a) To approve the monthly finance report and payments for July.

a) To approve expenditure for phase 1 of Station Park improvements.
b) To receive an update on the Playpark following the working group meeting.

a) To agree projects to submit for Green & Clean weeks
b) To agree the Task List for the Village Operative.
