109.3. Minutes:
a) To approve the minutes of the meeting held on Tuesday 4th May 2021
b) To receive reports on any further matters arising from the decisions of the last meeting.
c) To approve the Co-option of Annie Landricombe onto the Parish Council
109.4. Planning
a) To agree/report responses to the following Applications:
i. 21/02554/FUL: 152 Clutton Hill: Erection of a glamping pod to the rear of the side o 152 Clutton Hill.
ii. 21/02631/ADCOU: Orchard Crest, King Lane: Prior Approval request for change of use of agricultural building to dwellinghouse (Use class C3)
iii. 21/02686/FUL: Cherry Lynn, Broomhill Lane: Erection of single storey extension & Internal alterations.
b) To report B&NES decisions for the following Applications: None
109.5. Finance, Legal, HR & Admin(Cllr Rosemary Naish)
a) To receive the Internal Auditors report
b) To approve the Accounting Governance Statement
c) To approve and sign the Annual Return for YE 31 March 2021 (unaudited) Section 2
d) To approve the monthly finance report and payments for this month.
e) To approve grant of £250 for horticultural society towards costs of running the Flower Show.
f) To approve insurance renewal.
g) To consider project for application for S106 youth services funds.
109.6. Parks& open Spaces (Cllr Jenny Bush)
a. To approve expenditure of £49.05 for tree ties for fruit trees in Communal gardens plot. (Neil Skinner)
109.7. Highways, Rights of Way & Infrastructure (Cllr David Veale)
a) To resolve to terminate the relationship with Greenways Garden Maintenance in relation to emptying dog bins.
b) To resolve to increase salary of Village Operative to include weekly emptying of dog bins.
c) To agree the Task List for the Village Operative
109.8. Community Engagement (Cllr Jenny Bush)
a) To approve expenditure to pay village hall rent for Thursday Club. (Jenny Bush)
109.9. Climate & Ecological Emergency (Cllr David Hayward)
a) To approve expenditure of £150 for a replacement teracycle Box (Jenny Bush)
