a) To discuss/report responses to the following Applications:
i. 21/02639/REG03: Parcel 0018, Northend Lane. Creation of new field access gateway (approx. 180m south on A37) identical to existing, with 3m x 1.1m galvanised metal 5-bar gate and the reduction of the existing gateway to the kissing gate to continue the use of the Public Right of Way. (Report of submitted response)
ii. 21/03256/FUL: Denewood, Broomhill Lane. Proposed lifting of eaves and ridge to facilitate loft conversion, plus rear extension.
b) To report B&NES decisions for the following Applications:
i. 21/02554/FUL Southway 152 Clutton Hill: Erection of a glamping pod to the rear side of 152 Clutton Hill. REFUSE
4. Finance, Legal, HR & Admin
a) To receive the monthly finance report and payments for this month.
5. Parks & open Spaces
a. To consider proposal to remove terracing in the play park.
b. To agree expenditure for ‘No motorbike’ signs at Station Park

a) To agree the Task List for the Village Operative
