108.1. The Annual Meeting of the Parish Council: Governance (Chair)
a) To elect the Chairman of the Council and to receive the Chairman’s Declaration of Acceptance of Office.
b) To elect the Vice Chairman and to receive the Vice Chairman’s Declaration of Acceptance of Office.
c) To receive & accept apologies for absence & declarations of interest.
Public Participation Session
d) To appoint members to serve on working groups and as lead councillors as required.
e) To appoint representatives on relevant bodies as required:
f) To review the Standing Orders for Clutton Parish Council
g) To review the Financial Regulations for Clutton Parish Council
h) To review the Council Asset Register.
i) To review the Councils Risk Assessment.
j) To fix the dates and times of ordinary meetings of the council for the ensuing year.

a) To receive a report from the Planning Working Group and agree responses to the following:
i) 21/01869/FUL: Country Butchers, Lower Bristol Road. Change of use and extension of the former butcher’s shop (Use Class A1) to dwelling house (Use Class C3)
b) To receive a report on planning decisions received since the last meeting:
ii) 21/00946/FUL: Sage Cottage 39 Upper Bristol Road. Erection of single storey lean-to rear extension
108.4.Finance, Legal, HR & Admin
a) To approve the monthly finance report.
b) To receive a report on current legislation regarding virtual meetings and agree the implications on future Parish Council meetings.
c) To review the scheme of Delegation.
108.5.To receive a report from the Ward Councillor
108.6.To receive a report from the Clerk on activity since last meeting. (Clerk)
108.7 To receive items put forward for discussion at the next meeting on Monday 21st June 2021.
