b) To report B&NES decisions for the following Applications:
i. 20/04808/FUL. Alvane, Upper Bristol Road. Erection of Double storey and single storey side extension, roof extension with front and rear dormer windows to provide additional living accommodation. PERMIT
ii. 20/04879/FUL. 15 The Mead. Erection of side extension ot create living room, home office, and additional bedroom. PERMIT
c) Other planning issues

a) To approve the monthly finance report and payments for this month.
b) To approve project for application for S106 youth services funds.
c) To receive an update on the latest legislation for virtual meetings and to consider the frequency and arrangements of future Parish Council meetings.
d) To bring forward the date for our Annual Parish Council meeting and Annual Village Meeting to Tuesday 4th May.

a. To receive a report from the Parks & Open Spaces Working Group.
b. To review the provision of Sanitiser in the play area.
c. To approve expenditure for the signage to prohibit Ball games in the play park.
d. To approve expenditure in allotments i) 50m Hose £52.50, ii) Fruit Tree support wires tensioners and straps £27.50, low level meadow seed £43.

b) B&NES: Notification of Resurfacing Works From Tuesday 4th May: A37 Upper Bristol Road / The Flat, Clutton from its junction with Warwick Gardens extending North to its junction with Lower Bristol Road. Lower Bristol Road, Clutton from its junction with Upper Bristol Road to its junction with Station Road.
