The MONTHLY MEETING OF CLUTTON PARISH COUNCIL to be held on MONDAY 28th April 2025 at 7.30pm at Clutton Village Hall.

149.1. Apologies for Absence: To receive and accept apologies for absence. (Chair)

149.2. Declarations of Interest: to receive declarations of interest

149.3. Minutes:
a) To approve the minutes of the meeting held on Monday 17th March 2025.
b) To receive reports on any further matters arising from the decisions of the last meetings.

149.4. Planning
a) To agree/report responses to the following Applications:
i) 25/01503/FUL: 2 Church Square. Erection of new single and two storey rear extension following demolition of lean to rear extension.
ii) 25/01307/FUL: The Bungalow, Maynard Poultry Farm, Clutton Hill. Erection of 1no two storey dwellinghouse and detached garage/carport following demolition of existing bungalow and outbuilding.
iii) 24/04616/FUL: 46 Rogers Close. Erection of two storey side extension.
iv) 23/04243/OUT: Hartley Wood, King Lane: Outline application for the erection of 9 residential dwellings with access to be determined and all other matters reserved (resubmission). Notification of appeal – 25/00018/RF

b) To report B&NES decisions for the following Applications: None

149.5. Finance, Legal, HR & Admin
a) To approve the monthly finance report and payments for April.
b) To consider candidates for co-option onto the Parish Council.
c) To approve a grant application from Clutton horticultural society for £250 towards the running costs of Clutton Flower Show.

149.6. Parks, Open Spaces and Environment
a) To review the Heads of Terms and Partnership agreement for the Land Asset Transfer of the Village Green & Burchill Close and to resolve to proceed.
b) To consider proposal and associated expenditure to make use of the gate installed in Station Park boundary with the Sidings development.
c) To approve expenditure of £125 + VAT for the maintenance of bench on Cooks Hill.

149.7. Highways, Rights of Way & Infrastructure
a) To approve expenditure of £425+VAT for a solar panel & Charging kit for the Speed Indicator Device.
b) To agree the Task List for the Village Operative.

149.8. Community Engagement
a) To agree expenditure for the VE day on 8th May
