148.1. Apologies for Absence: To receive and accept apologies for absence. (Chair)

148.2. Declarations of Interest: to receive declarations of interest

148.3. Minutes:
a) To approve the minutes of the meeting held on Monday 17th February 2025.
b) To receive reports on any further matters arising from the decisions of the last meetings.

148.4. Planning
a) To agree/report responses to the following Applications:
i) 25/00749/FUL. Sage Cottage, 39 Upper Bristol Road. Demolition of existing front porch to be replaced with a new single storey porch. Single storey rear extension. Conversion of half the garage into a habitable bedroom.
ii) 25/00891/FUL. Parcel 3256, Clutton Hill. Change of use of land from agricultural to equine use. Creation of new gated entrance on Clutton Hill, with track leading to top field with 2no. kissing gates across existing PRoW. Erection of 6no. wooden stables, 1no. secure and covered storage area, 1 x 60m x 20m horse arena, 1no. toilet including water treatment plant and 1no. rain harvest tank. (Retrospective)

b) To report B&NES decisions for the following Applications:
i) 24/04603/PIP: Hartley Wood, King Lane. A Permission in Principle Planning Application for the conversion of the existing barns on site to provide up to 8 residential dwellings. REFUSED
ii) 24/04359/CLEU: The Annexe, Batch Farm, Clutton Hill. Use of annexe attached to Batch Farm as a separate dwelling (Certificate of Lawful Existing Use). LAWFUL

c) To approve site assessments for the local plan.

148.5. Finance, Legal, HR & Admin
a) To approve the monthly finance report and payments for March.
b) To consider candidates for co-option onto the Parish Council.

148.6. Parks, Open Spaces and Environment
a) To consider proposal and associated expenditure to make use of the gate installed in Station Park boundary with the Sidings development.
b) Maintenance of Play Area: To agree theme for renovation of small slide.

148.7. Highways, Rights of Way & Infrastructure
a) To agree response to Somer Valley Links Public Consultation
b) To receive the Definitive Map Modification Order to amend the Definitive Map and Statement to show a bridleway running from Maynard Terrace in Clutton to Greyfield Road in High Littleton.
c) To agree the Task List for the Village Operative.

148.8. Community Engagement
a) To approve expenditure for VE Day 80th Anniversary

148.10. To receive a report from the B&NES Ward Councillor.
