a) To approve the minutes of the meeting held on Monday 20th February 2023

a) To agree/report responses to the following Applications:
i. 23/000697/FUL. Stoneacre Bungalow, Stowey Road, Clutton: Erection of garden room for games and extension of existing shed for storage of mower.
b) To report B&NES decisions for the following Applications:
i. 23/00029/FUL. Kildare , Tynings: Erection a single storey extension to the rear and the side of the existing dwelling and to create first floor accommodation, largely on the existing footprint of the current garage. Application Permitted
126.5. Finance, Legal, HR & Admin
a) To approve the monthly finance report and payments for March.
b) To consider additional information supplied by Clutton Mother & Toddler Group in relation to their grant application.

a) To consider request from Clutton Playgroup to have access to the professional surveys the Parish Council commissioned for Station Park.

a) To agree the Task List for the Village Operative.
