a) To approve the minutes of the meeting held on Monday 20th September 2021 and notes from Informal meeting on Monday 18th October 2021.
b) To receive reports on any further matters arising from the decisions of the last meeting.

a) To agree/report responses to the following Applications: None
b) To report B&NES decisions for the following Applications:
i. 21/04171/FUL: 15 The Mead. Erection of detached garage. PERMIT
c) To appoint an additional member of the planning portfolio and a new lead councillor.
112.5. Finance, Legal, HR & Admin(Cllr Rosemary Naish)
a) To approve the monthly finance report and payments for this month.
b) To review the 2022-2023 draft budget.
112.6. Parks& open Spaces (Cllr Jenny Bush)
a. To receive an update on Parks & Open Spaces.
112.7. Highways, Rights of Way & Infrastructure (Cllr David Veale)
a) To approve expenditure for additional defibrillators provision in the village (Rosemary Naish)
b) To approve expenditure for new signs and new name for the phone box.
c) To agree the Task List for the Village Operative

a) To receive an update on plans for Queens Platinum Jubilee
