Parish Council Meeting Monday 21st February 2022

The MONTHLY MEETING OF CLUTTON PARISH COUNCIL will be held on MONDAY 21st February 2022 at 7.30pm at Clutton Village Hall. Press and Public are invited to attend.

115.1. Apologies for Absence: To receive and accept apologies for absence and declarations of interest.(Chair)
115.2. Declarations of Interest: to receive declarations of interest
115.3. Minutes:
a) To approve the minutes of the meeting held on Monday 17th January 2022
b) To receive reports on any further matters arising from the decisions of the last meeting.

115.4. Planning
a) To agree/report responses to the following Applications:
i. Planning Appeal: 22/00012/ENFAPL: Site of Old Colliery, Frys Bottom Wood
b) To report B&NES decisions for the following Applications:
i. 21/05516/FUL: 2 Moorsfield. Erection of a two storey rear extension. PERMITTED
ii. 21/04150/FUL: Site Of Old Colliery, Fry’s Bottom, Chelwood: Erection of a forestry building for the storage of felled trees/logs and timber (Retrospective). REFUSED
iii. 21/05290/AR: The Soap Bar And Café, Upper Bristol Road. Installaton of replacement and new signage on building and within property (part retrospective). CONSENT
iv. 21/05309/FUL: 7 Rogers Close. Erection of a single storey rear extension and out building modifications. PERMITTED

115.5. Finance, Legal, HR & Admin
a) To approve the monthly finance report and payments for February
b) To approve temporary increase to Village Operative Paypoint effective from 1st April 2022. To be reviewed once NJC have reached a pay agreement.

115.6. Parks, Open Spaces and Environment
a) To agree date of Village Spring Clean.
b) To receive an update on the allotments and agree plan of action

115.7. Highways, Rights of Way & Infrastructure
a) Ni to List: Flatts Lane Road Closure: 27th April For 4 days
b) NI to List: Cooks Hill Road Closure: 5th May for 1 day.
c) To receive presentation on WECCA: Somer Valley to Bath
d) To agree expenditure of £110 for a weed burner.
e) To agree the Task List for the Village Operative.

115.8. Community Engagement.
a) To receive an update and approve expenditure for Queens Platinum Jubilee.
b) To agree arrangements and expenditure for commemorative tree for Queens Platinum Jubilee
