a) To approve the minutes of the meeting held on Monday 17th July 2023

a) To agree/report responses to the following Applications:
i) 23/03216/FUL. Ridgeway, Upper Bristol Road: Extension to loft floor over entire ground floor footprint and changing roof from double hipped to double gable to facilitate same. Plus alteration to ground floor layout.
b) To report B&NES decisions for the following Applications:
i) 22/05086/OUT: Hartley Wood, King Lane. Outline application for the erection of 9 residential dwellings with access to be determined and all other matters reserved. REFUSE
ii) 23/02022/FUL: 16 Maynard Terrace.: Erection of workshop/store behind existing garage. APPROVE

a) To approve the monthly finance report and payments for August & September.
b) To consider candidates for co-option onto the Parish Council.
c) To review draft Action Plan
d) To agree grant of £200 for Clutton with Cameley PCC towards brass band for Carol Service.

a) To approve the final draft of the lease for the Scout Hut in Station Park.
