Local Plan Consultation – 330 new homes in Clutton?

B&NES Council’s Draft Local Plan is currently open for consultation, and it proposes 330 new homes for Clutton: 300 on land west of the A37 and 30 at Maypole Close.
Meet with Ward Councillor Sam Ross to find out exactly what’s being proposed, what it means for the village, and how to have your say before the consultation closes.
Cllr Matt McCabe, Cabinet Member for Built Environment, Housing and Sustainable Development, will give an overview of the plan from 7.15pm, followed by Q&A.
This is an opportunity to get your questions answered and make sure your voice is heard before the consultation deadline at the end of October.
Date: Friday 16 October 2026
Time: 7:00pm – 9:00pm
Venue: Clutton Village Hall, Venus Lane, Clutton, BS39 5SP
Everyone is welcome. Please share this event with neighbours who may not have seen it.
