117.1. The Annual Meeting of the Parish Council: Governance
a) To elect the Chairman of the Council and to receive the Chairman’s Declaration of Acceptance of Office.
b) To elect the Vice Chairman and to receive the Vice Chairman’s Declaration of Acceptance of Office.
c) To receive & accept apologies for absence & declarations of interest.
Public Participation Session
d) To approve the co-option of Anne Stone to fill a casual vacancy.
e) To appoint members to serve on working groups and as lead councillors as required.
f) To appoint representatives on relevant bodies as required
g) To review the Terms of Reference for the Station Park Committee.
h) To review the Standing Orders for Clutton Parish Council
i) To review the Financial Regulations for Clutton Parish Council
j) To review the Council Asset Register.
k) To review the Councils Risk Assessment.
l) To fix the dates and times of ordinary meetings of the council for the ensuing year.

117.2. Minutes:
a) To approve the minutes of the meeting held on Monday 21st March 2022
b) To receive reports on any further matters arising from the decisions of the last meeting
117.3.Planning
a) To receive a report from the Planning Working Group and agree responses to the following:
i) 22/01757/FUL: 3 Moorsfield. Erection of 1no new dwelling with parking and associated works on land adjacent to 3 Moorsfield.
ii) 22/01802/LBA: Methodist Church, 50 Upper Bristol Road. External works to include: Remove existing bitumen covered slate roof and replace with new slate roof. Remove uPVC gutters and downpipes and replace with aluminium gutters and downpipes. Remove poor quality slate roof over organ loft and replace with new slate roof. Repair of leadwork and stone copings at roof level.
b) To receive a report on responses to planning application made last month:
i)22/01357/FUL, 9 Maypole Close. Erection of single storey extension to rear.
ii)22/01532/TPO. Clovelly House, Greensbrook. Popular T3 Remove.
iii) 22/01524/FUL. Erection of a detached garage with home office over. Erection of a timber framed stable building. Erection of new walled and gated entrance.
iv)22/01226/FUL. The White Cottage, Greensbrook. Erection of Two storey side extension following demolition of existing single storey side extension.
v) 22/01334/FUL. Somersby Orchard, the Gug, High Littleton. Replacement of an existing barn with a new fermentation store/agricultural barn.
c) To receive a report on planning decisions received since the last meeting:
i) 21/05531/OUT: Parcel 7048 Marsh Lane. Outline planning permission for a farm worker’s dwelling (all matters reserved). PERMIT
ii) 21/00079/UNAUTH. Land at Fry’s Bottom Wood, Chelwood APPEAL DISMISSED
